– Contact us via email or online chat
– Always quote your order reference number and specific item code

🛡️ Damaged or Faulty Items:
– We’ll request a photograph of the damaged item
– Credit will be issued for the item’s value
– In some cases, we may request item return
– Replacement not guaranteed – credit will be offered

⚠️ Special Considerations:
– Earrings: Only accepted if unopened, in original packaging, and unused
– No compensation for potential lost sales or delivery delays
– Original delivery cost will be deducted from credit note

📦 Incorrect or Unwanted Items:
– Report within 3 working days of delivery
– Return postage not covered for items ordered in error
– Large returns: Collection available for £7.50+VAT (UK mainland)
